Do i have to have a consultation first?

Ideally yes, you can book in for a facial without having a consultation first, however you will lose some time from your first facial, so that we can chat about your skin and what you want to achieve.
Whats the best thing to do first?

A consultation is the best thing to do first. This means I can get to know your skin and life style before you get on the couch. I keep consultations light and friendly, like your having a chat with a friend.
Can i join both memberships?

Absolutely, to get the best results joining both memberships is the ultimate.
Can i cancel or pause my membership?

Cancellation needs 30 days notice before your next payment. Contact me via WhatsApp and I will arrange this for you.
Pausing is only possible for Home SkinClub, or alternatively I will always check in before products are sent out you can swap a product for another product if you still have plenty left. However remember that product won’t be delivered again for another 3 months. Swapping products will usually require an extra fee to be paid and price is dependant on the swap.
The reason it is not possible to pause Facial SkinClub is because I only run a limited number or spaces, once you cancel your membership you will have to rejoin the waitlist until another space become available.
