  • 1. The Black Friday Skin Trilogy Offer

    The Skin Trilogy is a special Black Friday offer from SkinClub by Siobhan, combining a complete three-product home skincare routine with access to Home SkinClub membership.

    By reserving your offer, you secure the Skin Trilogy at the advertised Black Friday price, along with your first month of Home SkinClub membership.

    The offer is available to customers who pay their £20 deposit between 13 November and 30 November 2026, while places remain available.

    2. Deposit and Payment Schedule

    A £20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

    By paying the deposit, you agree to the following payment schedule:

    • At booking: £20 non-refundable deposit.

    • 2 December 2026: £100 will be automatically collected from the payment card provided at checkout. This covers the remaining £50 balance for the Skin Trilogy offer and £50 for your first month of Home SkinClub membership.

    • 2 January 2027: Your ongoing Home SkinClub membership begins at £50 per month.

    • Thereafter: £50 will be collected automatically on the 2nd of each month until you cancel.

    You authorise SkinClub by Siobhan and its payment provider, Stripe, to collect these payments using the card details supplied at checkout.

    3. Non-Refundable Deposit

    The £20 deposit is non-refundable. If you decide not to proceed after reserving your place, the deposit will not be returned.

    4. Home SkinClub Membership

    Your Home SkinClub membership provides your agreed skincare routine and ongoing membership benefits as outlined in the offer.

    Your membership will automatically continue at £50 per month from 2 January 2027. You can cancel your ongoing membership at any time by contacting SkinClub by Siobhan before your next scheduled payment is due.

    Once a monthly payment has been taken, it is non-refundable except where required by law.

    5. Skincare Products and Delivery

    Your skincare products will be prepared and delivered in accordance with the arrangements outlined in the offer. Please ensure that the delivery details you provide are correct.

    6. Changes and Cancellations

    If you have any questions about your order or membership, please contact Siobhan directly.

    Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

    By paying your £20 deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the payment schedule and ongoing monthly membership commitment.
