Membership Benefits

Your £50 monthly membership includes:

• One monthly homecare product delivered directly to your home address on rotation:

  • Skin EssentiA Cleanser (Gel or Lotion)

  • Skin EssentiA Toner

  • AVST Moisturiser (Levels 1–5 depending on your current skincare stage)

• 10% discount on all additional skincare products

• Quarterly online skin reviews and progress tracking

• WhatsApp support

• Access to exclusive member offers, bundles, and promotions

Payments

• Membership payments of £50 must be made by the 1st of each month.

• Failure to make payment may result in delayed or cancelled product dispatch and suspension of membership benefits.

Product Deliveries

• One membership product will be posted each month as part of the agreed product rotation.

• Products included within the membership cannot be swapped or exchanged.

• Any additional products or upgrades requested must be paid for in full within the same month as dispatch.

• Members are responsible for ensuring delivery address details are accurate and up to date.

Discounts

• The 10% member discount applies to additional product purchases only and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless stated otherwise.

Membership Cancellation

• Membership cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.

• Payments made during the notice period are non-refundable.

• One 90-minute bespoke facial treatment per month, tailored to your skin concerns and goals

• 10% discount on all homecare products

• Quarterly skin reviews and progress tracking

• Priority booking access

• WhatsApp support

• Access to exclusive events, offers, and member promotions

Payments

• Membership payments of £110 must be made by the 1st of each month.

• Failure to make payment may result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is received.

Bookings & Cancellations

• Weekend appointments will be released in advance and are subject to availability.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

• Missed appointments or unused monthly treatments cannot be carried over to another month.

• In some cases, and only where time and availability allow, an upgrade may be added to the following month’s treatment. This will not be to the full value of the missed appointment and is offered at management discretion.

Membership Usage

• Memberships are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.

• Treatments, discounts, and benefits cannot be shared with or used by another person.
